Steve Mazziotti brings over a decade of expertise as a Home Inspector with Suburban Consultants, where he became the owner in 2024. Known for his meticulous approach and deep understanding of residential construction, Steve has inspected over 2,000 homes, helping clients make informed decisions about one of life’s biggest investments.

 Steve’s background in architecture, honed during his studies at Roger Williams University, complements his hands-on experience in all phases of general contracting prior to becoming a Home Inspector. This unique combination allows him to assess homes with a keen eye for both design and structural integrity.

 Before his career in home inspection, Steve made a name for himself as the youngest finalist amongst a field of professional architects in the September 11th Memorial design contest at Eisenhower Park, showcasing his dedication to his craft and his community.
